Shocking

So as most of you already know, we had the shock of our life this past couple of weeks...found out we will in fact, be a family of *gasp* five! We are excited and more than a little anxious to find out when and how many babies (hoping just one!) will be joining the clan. We also took a much anticipated vacation back to St. Louis this past week and celebrated Dominic's bday which was awesome. He is going to be three on the 23rd of March, and I'm having a hard time accepting that he will no longer be the "baby". We are also going to start a huge transition into Lily and Dominic sharing a room in the next week. Yep, craziness is just normal around here!

Things are always fun around here, but recently Mike's been having a blast at work. He found over a pound of Marijuana at work the other day, and the next day found another six baggies on a different stop. We are so proud! Meanwhile, Tico had his three month appointment and weighed in at a whopping two pounds. Still, at two pounds, he is completely unaware of his size and regularly attacks the other animals and our feet. Lily is coming to the end of her first year of school (geez!) and is trying to decide between being a ballerina or starting karate for her first sport. I'm hoping for Ballerina, but Mike is another story.:) Dominic is turning three in a month and is very excited for his Buzz birthday. He is also getting pretty good at singing his ABC's and at telling mommy not to be a blockbuster (ball buster). Atlanta has gotten some strange weather this past month, along with a record snowstorm that let the kids make a mini snowman before it all melted the next day! Gotta love it.

Our First Blog

Welcome to Our Crazy Life! Say what you will, but yes, I have too much time on my hands:) Also, I know not everyone is on Facebook, although I'm not exactly sure why, so I thought I'd create a page so all of you out there could follow our changes and watch the kids grow up (waaay too quickly). So far 2010 has brought a new puppy, plans for our first real family vacation to Disney World and two birthdays already for our family! (mine and Mike's) Our kids are enjoying February, as it meant lots of birthday cake and soon Valentine's candy, but are looking forward to next month because we get to visit family. Mike is loving his job and I recently quit mine = back to full-time mom (aka, lost my break once a week...haha). Life is good, and crazy and we love it!
